About the role
- Ability to design, configure, and support integrations across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and financial systems using Workday Studio, EIB, and web services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday technical issues and system errors.
- Support end users with Workday functionality, access, and reporting needs.
- Develop, test, and deploy Workday reports and calculated fields.
- Design and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements for enhancements and process improvements.
- Monitor Workday system performance and ensure integrations run successfully.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Workday Developer.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Report Writer.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, and PSA modules.
- Proficiency in web services (SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT) and database querying (SQL).
