About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Architect the end-to-end journey from Lead to Renewal
- Serve as a key advisor to CRO and executive leadership on pricing strategy
- Lead the Deal Desk function, ensuring success of high-value deals
- Move pipeline forecasting to proactive, data-driven models
- Own roadmap and evolution of revenue tech stack
- Design GTM workflows and business rules within BillingPlatform
- Ensure data integrity across GTM tools
- Mentor the RevOps team and align their growth with company needs
- Act as a strategic connector across functional teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in RevOps or Sales Ops in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Strong communicator: responsive, candid, clear in your opinions
- Deep technical expertise in Salesforce and modern billing/revenue engines (e.g., BillingPlatform)
- Understanding of how pricing changes impact departments
- Analytical rigor with complex metrics like LTV, CAC, NRR, and pipeline velocity
- Driven by building systems and automating manual tasks
- Deep care for client success
