About the role

  • Lead the strategic extraction into a distributed architecture
  • Apply Conway's Law and utilize the Inverse Conway Maneuver

Requirements

  • 15+ years of software engineering experience
  • Deep expertise in modern cloud architecture
  • Experience with distributed systems and data consistency patterns
  • Strong knowledge of cloud economics (FinOps)
  • Ability to drive organization-wide alignment
  • Understanding of platform engineering metrics such as DORA and SPACE framework
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and embrace rapid prototyping
