About the role
- Own and articulate the company’s product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap
- Set product priorities and make high-impact trade-offs that drive customer and business outcomes
- Lead the evolution of EnergyHub’s platform to support scale, reuse, and long-term leverage
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market leaders to deliver high-quality products
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing product organization
Requirements
- 10+ years in product management, including senior leadership roles
- Proven success with enterprise B2B SaaS products and multi-year product strategy
- Strong business ownership mindset
- Technical fluency and credibility with engineering teams and stakeholders
- Experience evolving products into platforms or ecosystems
- Executive presence with the ability to align and influence senior stakeholders and customers
