About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinates all aspects of project execution, ensuring a smooth transition from the design phase to the installation and on-going service and support phase of the completed project
  • Advises and assists the Engineer in estimating and managing the account
  • Confers with engineering personnel on technical information
  • Procures and manages outside contractors
  • Schedules project phases and trains customers maintenance personnel
  • Manages all aspects of project finances including change management, revenue projections, customer billings, and quarterly updates
  • Acts as primary point of contact for all internal personnel, external contractors, subcontractors and customer agents to coordinate all aspects of project installation
  • Develops and maintains ongoing contact with the customer to schedule and coordinate all work performed
  • Ensures adherence to all OSHA, Federal, State and safety regulations as well as all ESG policies and procedures
  • Analyzes project costs and works with accounting and finance departments to determine customer billing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university, with a preference for engineering or construction management
  • A minimum of seven (7) years engineering and construction-related experience managing construction projects
  • Exposure to project development
  • Exposure to working with and directing project teams
  • Experience in developing schedules
  • Managing project budgets
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects from development to project closure
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and project schedules, properly document projects, and work well with customers and achieve customer satisfaction on every job
  • Demonstrated ability to work with others including customers in a professional and ethical manner
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of OSHA, Federal, and State Safety regulations
  • A bonus to have: Ten (10) years experience engineering and construction-related experience managing construction projects
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
  • Construction Manager (CCM) Designated
  • Design Build Institute of America (DBIA)
