About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinates all aspects of project execution, ensuring a smooth transition from the design phase to the installation and on-going service and support phase of the completed project
Advises and assists the Engineer in estimating and managing the account
Confers with engineering personnel on technical information
Procures and manages outside contractors
Schedules project phases and trains customers maintenance personnel
Manages all aspects of project finances including change management, revenue projections, customer billings, and quarterly updates
Acts as primary point of contact for all internal personnel, external contractors, subcontractors and customer agents to coordinate all aspects of project installation
Develops and maintains ongoing contact with the customer to schedule and coordinate all work performed
Ensures adherence to all OSHA, Federal, State and safety regulations as well as all ESG policies and procedures
Analyzes project costs and works with accounting and finance departments to determine customer billing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university, with a preference for engineering or construction management
A minimum of seven (7) years engineering and construction-related experience managing construction projects
Exposure to project development
Exposure to working with and directing project teams
Experience in developing schedules
Managing project budgets
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects from development to project closure
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and project schedules, properly document projects, and work well with customers and achieve customer satisfaction on every job
Demonstrated ability to work with others including customers in a professional and ethical manner
Demonstrated working knowledge of OSHA, Federal, and State Safety regulations
A bonus to have: Ten (10) years experience engineering and construction-related experience managing construction projects
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
Construction Manager (CCM) Designated
Design Build Institute of America (DBIA)
