About the role

  • Partner with account teams to develop and execute strategies that support our clients communications needs to reach their own community
  • Partner with sales teams to create targeted collateral, presentations, and other materials that support prospecting and client engagement
  • Manage marketing messaging for local trade shows, conferences, and client events, ensuring brand consistency
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop marketing materials for complex, regional offers
  • Adapt national content and messaging for regional audiences, ensuring relevance and impact on clients in their geographies
  • Monitor regional trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategy and identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to extend digital campaigns (email, social media, paid media) into regional markets
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of regional marketing activities, providing recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Five to seven (57) years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or professional services
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics tools is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and thrive in a fast-paced environment
