About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop an entirely new onboarding survey for new hires
- Assess onboarding processes and the new hire experience at Energy Solutions
- Collaborate with multiple teams across different departments
- Take input into consideration—and offer yours—as you build the new survey
- Translate data into actionable insights and present findings to senior leadership
- Conduct essential competitor market research with Compensation Specialist
- Create a PC team bot in Slack using AI tools for automating responses to FAQs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Intermediate to advanced experience in Excel
- Enrolled full- or part-time in an undergraduate program as a second to fourth-year student or enrolled in a graduate program
- US Citizen or permanent resident
- Available to meet weekly full-time hours requirement between August and November
