About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer head contracts and subcontracts across multiple projects nationally
  • Manage contractual notices, variations, claims and entitlement submissions
  • Support progress claims, payment schedules and subcontractor claim assessments
  • Maintain contract registers, compliance documentation and contract records
  • Assist with subcontractor administration, procurement processes and risk management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Commerce or a related discipline
  • Experience in contract administration within construction, infrastructure, energy, industrial or EPC environments
  • Strong understanding of contract administration, variations, claims and commercial processes
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret contracts, analyse complex situations and identify risks
  • Experience administering major projects valued between $50M and $150M+
  • Knowledge of Australian standard forms of contract including AS4000, AS4902, NEC or FIDIC (highly regarded)
  • Experience working for Tier 1, Tier 2 or major EPC contractors on the contractor/supplier side (highly regarded)
  • Experience in power generation, mining, industrial or large infrastructure projects (highly regarded)
  • Familiarity with Procore, ERP systems and project controls environments (highly regarded)
