About the role
- Drive the strategic vision, communication territories, and brand pillars for communications;
- Direct the strategic messaging for campaigns and brand positioning;
- Lead and manage communication projects in partnership with the team;
- Study and analyze audiences, KPIs and market indicators;
- Ability to generate insights and map opportunities;
- Collaborate with other agency departments (creative, account management, media, etc.);
- Monitor the development and execution of campaigns across content and special projects;
- Create presentations with clear, objective, and creative narratives;
- Conduct meetings and maintain client-facing interactions;
- Identify communication and business opportunities arising from brand challenges;
- Design and oversee quantitative and qualitative research;
- Trend research;
- Team management and agenda planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree;
- Previous experience in strategic planning;
- Advanced English;
- Proficiency in Keynote;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Plus: experience in or strong interest in the beauty industry
