Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the strategic vision, communication territories, and brand pillars for communications;
Direct the strategic messaging for campaigns and brand positioning;
Lead and manage communication projects in partnership with the team;
Study and analyze audiences, KPIs and market indicators;
Ability to generate insights and map opportunities;
Collaborate with other agency departments (creative, account management, media, etc.);
Monitor the development and execution of campaigns across content and special projects;
Create presentations with clear, objective, and creative narratives;
Conduct meetings and maintain client-facing interactions;
Identify communication and business opportunities arising from brand challenges;
Design and oversee quantitative and qualitative research;
Trend research;
Team management and agenda planning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree;
Previous experience in strategic planning;
Advanced English;
Proficiency in Keynote;
Excellent communication skills;
Plus: experience in or strong interest in the beauty industry
