About the role

  • The Media Analyst plays a crucial role in developing and executing media strategies.
  • Actively participates in the creation of tactical and strategic plans, collaborating with the team to develop strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Defines the strategy for each campaign, including audiences and targeting, providing support to supervisors and managers with insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinates team activities and manages the process from media space purchasing through campaign launch.
  • Monitors campaign performance daily, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Identifies broadcast or placement errors in media outlets to arrange compensation.
  • Works closely with other teams involved in the process to ensure effective alignment.
  • Assists in preparing campaign reports and in the media billing process.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting and presentations.
  • VBS System: Practical experience using the VBS system and TV programming.
  • Instar: Ability to use Instar for television audience data analysis.
  • Easy Media: Competence using Easy Media for audience analysis and radio media planning.
  • TGI (Target Group Index): Knowledge of TGI for market research and audience identification.
  • Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and other media platform operations.
  • Offline Media Knowledge: Familiarity with different offline media channels, including broadcast TV, radio, newspapers and magazines, as well as an understanding of offline media buying strategies.
