About the role

  • Serve as the primary strategic contact for clients, developing a deep understanding of their businesses and markets, anticipating needs and proposing solutions.
  • Lead and oversee communication projects, ensuring integration among internal teams (creative, media, planning, production, digital, etc.) and external suppliers.
  • Actively participate in brand strategic planning, translating insights and briefs into actionable plans.
  • Develop and supervise timelines, budgets, and performance indicators, ensuring deliverables align with strategy and meet established deadlines and budgets.
  • Manage the accounts team (assistants, executives, and supervisors), guiding technical and professional development.
  • Maintain close relationships with key clients, negotiating investments, presenting results, and proposing growth opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign performance (KPIs, ROI, digital metrics), generating insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables, acting as the final validation point before client presentations.

Requirements

  • Solid experience servicing large accounts and managing complex projects.
  • Strategic vision and the ability to translate business objectives into creative, integrated solutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage client expectations.
  • Strong command of digital communication and social media.
  • Leadership skills, team development, and conflict management.
  • Advanced English: Required.
