About the role
- Product owner for the two strategically relevant business areas: photovoltaics and heating
- Develop and further develop the portfolio with consideration of customer needs
- Identify and address trends and market developments
- Lead product development processes
- Create business cases and sales approaches
- Conduct analyses of market, competitor and policy drivers
- Plan, organize, execute and evaluate pilot projects and the introduction of new products and business models
Requirements
- Completed university degree (including universities of applied sciences) in a relevant field, or completed commercial/technical vocational training with additional qualification (e.g., master craftsman, technician, VWA)
- Several years of professional experience in the energy industry, marketing and project management
- Extensive experience in creating concepts for the product development of energy services
- Strong project management skills
- Independent, responsible, analytical and conceptual way of working
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong sales orientation and persuasiveness
