About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and engage potential clients in the French market.
  • Lead the sales process from first contact to closing.
  • Own the full sales cycle for assigned markets.
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting.
  • Qualify and convert interested prospects into demos and trials.
  • Adapt presentations to specific pain points of each prospect.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through follow-ups and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Support, and Product).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • The candidate must be located in Spain.
  • 3 years of previous experience in sales or business development roles (inbound + outbound), preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge of the French market.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is highly valued.
  • Fluent (written and verbal) in French and English.
  • Knowledge of Spanish is a plus!
  • Advanced experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Proven track record of generating business through cold prospecting.
  • Comfortable working with sales targets, conversion rates, and MRR metrics.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and marketing ecosystems is a plus.
  • Comfortable adopting new tools (automation, AI assistants, or enrichment platforms).
