Account Executive, French Market – B2B SaaS

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and engage potential clients in the French market.
- Lead the sales process from first contact to closing.
- Own the full sales cycle for assigned markets.
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting.
- Qualify and convert interested prospects into demos and trials.
- Adapt presentations to specific pain points of each prospect.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Build and nurture client relationships through follow-ups and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Support, and Product).
Requirements
What you’ll need- The candidate must be located in Spain.
- 3 years of previous experience in sales or business development roles (inbound + outbound), preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Knowledge of the French market.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is highly valued.
- Fluent (written and verbal) in French and English.
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus!
- Advanced experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Proven track record of generating business through cold prospecting.
- Comfortable working with sales targets, conversion rates, and MRR metrics.
- Familiarity with SaaS and marketing ecosystems is a plus.
- Comfortable adopting new tools (automation, AI assistants, or enrichment platforms).
