  • Responsible for driving new business growth within the SMB and mid-market energy broker segment
  • Full-cycle sales role focused on prospecting, advancing, and closing new customer relationships
  • Own the entire sales process—from initial outreach through contract execution—while building a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities

Requirements

  • Required experience in the retail energy industry (broker, agent, or selling into brokers)
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a full-cycle, new business or “hunter” role
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
  • Ability to build and manage a high-volume pipeline with strong activity levels
  • Strong CRM discipline, including accurate pipeline management and forecasting
  • Experience running product demos and aligning solutions to customer workflows
