About the role
- Responsible for driving new business growth within the SMB and mid-market energy broker segment
- Full-cycle sales role focused on prospecting, advancing, and closing new customer relationships
- Own the entire sales process—from initial outreach through contract execution—while building a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Requires disciplined pipeline management, strong discovery and demo execution, and translating BrokerHub’s capabilities into clear operational value
Requirements
- Required experience in the retail energy industry (broker, agent, or selling into brokers)
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a full-cycle, new business or “hunter” role
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- Ability to build and manage a high-volume pipeline with strong activity levels
- Strong CRM discipline, including accurate pipeline management and forecasting
- Experience running product demos and aligning solutions to customer workflows
