About the role
- Processing and monitoring incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Responsible for accounting processes and reconciling incoming and outgoing payments.
- Preparing all accounting documents for the tax advisor.
- Ensuring the completeness and proper organization of all receipts and documents.
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of projects in our project management software awork.
- Preparing reports and regularly coordinating with management to ensure financial transparency.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification.
- Professional experience in administration and accounting is desirable.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and ideally initial experience with project management tools such as awork.
- Affinity for digital tools, ideally familiar with AI-assisted applications.
- Independent, structured, and precise working style.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
