About the role
- Perform repetitive inspections on various components
- Monitor quality standards in the respective assembly area (e.g., order and cleanliness of the work environment, condition of tools and equipment used, execution of manufacturing activities)
- Initiate corrective actions when non-conformities are detected (e.g., rework, replacement, quarantining/holding of components)
- Prepare required documentation for inspections, approvals, and holds/quarantines
- Regularly review area-relevant documentation (e.g., work instructions, bills of materials, manufacturing records) for currency, completeness, and proper use
- Compare inspection results against drawings, standards, and specifications, and perform subsequent evaluations
- Monitor actions within the area and verify the effectiveness of implemented measures
- Willingness to work a 3-shift schedule
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training in electrical engineering, energy electronics, power electronics, mechatronics, or a comparable field
- Entry-level candidates, experienced skilled workers, and career changers from other industries are equally welcome
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Ability to think and act independently
- Motivation, strong communication skills, conflict-resolution competence, and assertiveness
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
