About the role
- Collect, classify, and analyze operational data from various sources, including ERP systems
- Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions such as reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SAP SAC, Fiori, and Power BI
- Develop and implement CDS views for data integration into a data warehouse, data lake, or Data Sphere
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of SAP table structures and their interactions within the SAP ecosystem
- Conduct comprehensive testing to validate the accuracy, reliability, and performance of data models and predictive analytics
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as product managers, business units, and data experts
- Work cross-functionally to promote data-driven decision-making across the company
- Apply change-management principles to support cultural change initiatives and performance measurement activities
Requirements
- Completed degree in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in operations research, analytics, or data science, ideally with a focus on supply-chain processes
- Solid experience in SAP technical analytics / BI, including development of complex CDS views as well as creation of dashboards and applications in SAP SAC and Fiori
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management; experience with statistical tools such as R or Python
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics tools and hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports with Power BI
- Experience in change management and in the continuous maintenance and further development of reports and dashboards across their lifecycle
- Very good written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage
