About the role

  • Management of technical projects and tasks within After Sales (e.g., system and product introductions as well as technical implementations in the field)
  • Technical point of contact for After Sales regarding questions related to wind turbine technology and contracts
  • Preparation of technical opinions and customer statements
  • Support for After Sales Managers at customer meetings and with technical asset-related queries
  • Interface with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Legal, Project Management)
  • Analysis and evaluation of specific topics and derivation of overarching measures

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training in the field of electrical or mechanical engineering with further qualification as a technician or master craftsman
  • Several years of professional experience
  • SAP knowledge is advantageous
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Strong customer orientation, commitment, and personal responsibility
  • Driver's license (Class B)
