About the role

  • Analyze and assess legal, regulatory and normative requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 22301, KritisV or NIS2)
  • Build and further develop management systems and ensure their continuous improvement
  • Create and maintain policies, processes and documentation
  • Conduct assessments, risk analyses and action planning
  • Develop BCM/ITSCM strategies and integrate them into existing ITSM processes according to ITIL
  • Act as a point of contact for IT, business units, executive management and partners on IT compliance, providing advice and reporting
  • Prepare and support internal and external audits

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in operations and in developing management systems through to certification
  • Demonstrable knowledge in IT compliance, ideally with certification (e.g., CISM, CGEIT, CRISC, CISSP or ITIL)
  • Business-fluent English, written and spoken
  • Team player with a confident presence
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
