About the role
- Prepare detailed profitability and economic feasibility calculations for co-located Wind + BESS projects
- Continuously further develop internal analysis tools
- Make well-founded assumptions for the optimal sizing of battery storage systems
- Advise clients competently on the economic benefits of their hybrid systems
- Present complex results in a clear and accessible manner
- Support the selection of direct marketers and actively shape partnership cooperation
- Analyze current regulatory frameworks for the market integration and commercialization of BESS
Requirements
- Completed degree in (industrial) engineering or a related engineering discipline with a focus on energy economics, energy technology, or trading
- Initial practical experience in the energy sector or in BESS commercialization through internships or working-student roles
- Strong numerical affinity and enthusiasm for working with data models
- Fluent German and good English skills for communication with partners
- Valid car driving license
