About the role
- Point of contact for contract-related matters within the operations organization;
- Support the structuring of contracts based on the requirements of the parties within the regulatory, legal, and business framework;
- Drive strategic focus on key financial metrics and identify contractual solutions that increase margins, strengthen cash positions, and mitigate risks;
- Serve as a strong cross-functional connection and interface between procurement, logistics, production, legal, and finance/tax for inputs into contractual agreements;
- Review and verify that contractual agreements cover key terms and provisions;
- Implement new systems and processes and optimize existing systems and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or in Engineering (mechanical/electrical/civil)
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Team coordination skills and excellent communication skills
- Experience in the energy industry
- Knowledge of industry standards and risks in the energy sector
- Strong attention to detail, thorough documentation skills, collaborative and self-motivated
