About the role
- Lead and further develop a team specializing in schematic (circuit) design, control cabinet construction, electrical engineering standards and technical sizing
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for a dedicated team, including resource planning and allocation with full budget responsibility
- Manage operational and strategic team planning as well as support, develop and promote the team and its members
- Ensure and optimize existing processes and expand the team’s capabilities in operational series maintenance
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge of electrical drive and control systems used in wind turbines
- Several years of professional experience in electrical design and proven experience leading teams
- Experience in operational and strategic resource planning, including budget responsibility
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with a strong team focus
- Strong analytical mindset and structured way of working, particularly with respect to process optimization
- Confident use of common CAD and planning tools such as EPLAN and Teamcenter
- Good spoken and written German and English skills
