About the role
- Handling customer inquiries (e.g., complaints, contractual/financial obligations, and escalated customer requests)
- Preparing contract proposals, negotiating and concluding service contracts in new and existing business (in cooperation with relevant internal stakeholders when required)
- Maximizing revenue through cross-selling of additional service products (training, new products, etc.) or services (e.g., wind farm/turbine optimization)
- Responsible for customer communication on overarching issues after acceptance of the turbine, including involving required internal and external specialists (e.g., below-average availability, retrofits, etc.)
- Monitoring outstanding service payments
Requirements
- Completed technical or business degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering) or a technical apprenticeship in a related field
- Solid professional experience in the field of wind energy is an advantage
- Very good German and good English, both written and spoken
- Proficient user of MS Office products
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Customer-oriented work approach and team spirit
