About the role
- Quality-focused: You inspect the work of the installation teams and ensure compliance with our high standards using manuals, checklists and protocols.
- Ensuring performance: You continuously monitor and oversee quality performance and inform all project stakeholders.
- Documentation & analysis: You prepare reports and develop proposals for improvement.
- Implementing measures: You verify and document immediate, corrective and preventive actions.
- Supporting acceptance: You assist the project manager in evaluating and processing the punch list.
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as an electrician/electronics technician/industrial electrician, mechatronics technician, mechanic or equivalent.
- You have several years of experience in a similar role.
- Technical understanding and a hands-on mentality come naturally to you.
- You have good English skills.
- A structured working style and strong organizational skills characterize you.
- For on-site assignments on the towers of our wind turbines, you must be fit for working at height and free from fear of heights.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% nationwide (Germany).
