About the role
- Overall responsibility for the on-time, quality-compliant and cost-effective execution of wind farm projects from the planning phase through to handover/acceptance
- Ensure compliance with all HSE standards
- Initiate and manage project optimization measures in collaboration with internal partners
- Coordinate and provide technical leadership for the project team (Commercial Project Manager, Construction Manager, Electrical Works Manager, Logistics Coordinators) as well as external subcontractors
- Primary point of contact for our clients during project planning and implementation phases
- Monitor the project schedule and implement corrective measures in case of deviations
- Review executed work with regard to quality and cost aspects
- Responsible for adherence to the project budget
- Contract and claims management
- Regular project reporting
Requirements
- Degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Industrial Engineering) or equivalent qualification, ideally with a project management certification
- Project management experience in plant construction or the energy sector
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Strong communicator with initiative, a high target orientation and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent German and English skills
- Willingness to travel on business
