About the role
- Overall responsibility for the timely, quality-compliant and cost-effective execution of wind farm projects from the planning phase through commissioning and acceptance
- Ensure compliance with all HSE standards
- Initiate and manage project optimization measures in cooperation with internal partners
- Coordinate and provide technical leadership for the project team (Commercial Project Manager, Construction Manager, Electrical Works Manager, Logistics Coordinators) as well as external subcontractors
- First point of contact for our customers during the project planning and implementation phases
- Monitor the project schedule and initiate control measures in case of deviations
- Review completed work from quality and cost perspectives
- Responsible for adherence to the project budget
- Contract and claims management
- Regular project reporting
Requirements
- Completed technical degree (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil or Industrial Engineering) or equivalent qualification, ideally with a project management certification
- Project management experience in plant engineering or the energy sector
- Confident user of MS Office
- Strong communicator with initiative, a high target orientation and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel
