About the role

  • Plan, coordinate and document projects in collaboration with the project managers
  • Communicate with customers by phone and email; prepare offers and manage written correspondence
  • Prepare analyses/reports and maintain/monitor project data in SAP and MS Office
  • Process purchase orders and perform goods receipt and invoice verification
  • Organize business travel and meetings; handle general office administration

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Office Management Clerk, Industrial Clerk, Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Clerk) or equivalent qualification
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge desirable
  • Business-fluent German and good written and spoken English
  • Proactive, structured working style – able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a high service orientation
