About the role

  • You take on the strategic planning of concrete hybrid towers in the Central Northern Europe (CNE) region
  • You lead strategic planning meetings for concrete hybrid towers with our internal and external stakeholders
  • You are responsible for creating standardized project management reporting covering our planned vs. actual metrics
  • You prepare and deliver training for affected stakeholders in the event of planning or strategy changes
  • You regularly review our results, identify inefficiencies, and derive actions and improvements from a project portfolio management perspective.

Requirements

  • Degree in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Industrial/Systems Engineering (university/technical college)
  • Project management qualification desirable; project portfolio management experience or project leadership in plant engineering/energy sector, ideally in wind energy
  • Proven ability to collaborate confidently with suppliers and service providers
  • Excellent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP (ERP; S/4HANA) is an advantage
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
