About the role
- You draft and negotiate contracts for wind energy projects in the CNE region and develop innovative legal solutions together with colleagues.
- You support wind energy projects throughout the entire implementation and operational phases – from planning to repowering – taking responsibility for legal clarity and security.
- In interdisciplinary teams you work closely with technical and commercial departments – contributing your perspective as a team player.
- You support the CNE region as well as global functions in process design and optimization – thereby contributing to the strategic development of our organization and products.
- You participate in international corporate projects and bring your cross-departmental perspective, including occasional business travel (0–20%).
- You share your knowledge through training and always keep an eye on legal developments.
Requirements
- You have a successfully completed law degree; passing the bar exam is desirable, with at least satisfactory grades being advantageous.
- You have several years of professional experience as in-house counsel or as an attorney.
- You bring contractual law expertise and providing goal-oriented legal advice that takes commercial and technical requirements into account is second nature to you.
- You can explain complex content clearly.
- You communicate clearly and solution-oriented in German (C2) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
- You think critically, connect insights and develop solution-oriented approaches that work in practice.
- Nice-to-haves: Ideally, you have specialized in corporate or construction law.
- You have experience in an international corporate environment.
