About the role
- Overall responsibility and on-site management of wind farm construction sites to ensure timely, quality- and cost-compliant project delivery with a focus on project optimization together with the project team and involved subcontractors
- Responsible for implementing and enforcing the ENERCON site regulations, applicable HSE standards and the erection processes followed by project participants
- Monitoring and coordination of heavy and special transports within the wind farm
- Acceptance and approval of invoices for completed services based on quality and cost criteria
- Support for commercial project control in contract and claim management
- Continuous internal and external reporting and ensuring comprehensive site documentation
Requirements
- Preferably a completed technical degree (Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or equivalent) or alternatively a technical vocational qualification with further training to Master craftsman, state-certified technician or comparable qualification
- Initial experience as a site manager in construction or the energy sector desirable
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Exemplary commitment, resilience and motivation
- High willingness to travel
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Structured, result-oriented and independent way of working
- Confident user of MS Office programs and SAP
- Fitness/ability to work at heights
