About the role

  • Reconcile interdisciplinary team requirements from Service, Production and Assembly to define interfaces and create component/module layouts
  • Capture requirements from R&D projects and integrate them into the GSI
  • Act as strategic interface between Program Management, Core Technologies and PLM Governance teams
  • Resolve conflicts in the application of the Modular Product Structure
  • Identify improvement potentials and take actions to implement them
  • Organize, moderate and document the GSI weekly jour fixe and other GSI synchronization points as needed and according to the workload of the GSI team

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering or alternatively a certified technician with proven experience in the relevant area
  • Experience in creating and defining functional units / modules (design solutions) and developing modular product structures
  • Good knowledge of CAD and Siemens Teamcenter (NX) required
  • Team-oriented personality with strong facilitation skills and the drive to push initiatives forward
  • Good command of common PC tools (Microsoft Office) combined with advanced English and German language skills
