About the role

  • You draft and negotiate contracts for wind energy projects in the CNE region (Central & Northern Europe) and develop innovative legal solutions together with colleagues.
  • You support wind energy projects throughout the entire implementation and operational phases — from planning to repowering — taking responsibility for legal clarity and certainty.
  • You work closely with technical and commercial teams in interdisciplinary groups and contribute your perspective as a team player.
  • You support the CNE region and global functions in process design and optimization, thereby contributing to the strategic development of our organization and products.
  • You participate in international corporate projects and bring your cross-functional perspective to the table.
  • You share your knowledge through training sessions and keep abreast of legal developments at all times.

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed the Second State Examination in Law (2. Juristisches Staatsexamen) — with at least satisfactory grades.
  • You have several years of professional experience as in-house counsel or practicing attorney.
  • You have expertise in contract law, and goal-oriented legal advice that balances commercial and technical requirements comes naturally to you.
  • You can explain complex matters clearly and communicate in a solution-oriented manner in German (C2) and English (B2), both verbally and in writing.
  • Nice-to-haves: Ideally you have specialized in commercial (business) law or construction law.
  • You have experience in an international corporate environment.
  • You think critically and in a connected, cross-functional way and develop pragmatic, solution-oriented approaches that work in practice.
