About the role

  • You inspect the work of installation teams and ensure compliance with our high standards using manuals, checklists, and protocols
  • You continuously monitor quality performance and inform all project stakeholders
  • You prepare reports and develop proposals for improvements
  • You review and document immediate, corrective, and preventive actions
  • You support the project manager in assessing and addressing the defect list

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training as an Electrician / Electronics Technician / Industrial Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, Mechanic, or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of experience in a similar role
  • Technical understanding and a hands-on mentality come naturally to you
  • You have good English skills
  • You are characterized by a structured way of working and strong organisational skills
  • For on-site assignments on the towers of our wind turbines, we require fitness for working at heights and comfort with heights, as well as a high willingness to travel (up to 80%)
