About the role
- You assess project requirements and advise clients on the optimal use of hybrid systems and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
- You coordinate business cases and economic feasibility calculations in collaboration with direct marketers and specialist departments.
- You prepare technical concepts and reports for Power System Consulting, including infrastructure and control/automation overviews.
- You support clients in technical coordination with grid operators to ensure smooth project implementation.
- You define and review the technical scope in hybrid contracts and actively support negotiations.
Requirements
- Degree (Dipl.-Ing.), Master's or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power/Energy Engineering
- Ideally, professional experience with hybrid systems and battery energy storage systems (BESS)
- Knowledge of measurement and control engineering (instrumentation & control)
- Structured, conceptual and goal-oriented working style
- Constructive and open communication skills
- Business-fluent German
- Good written and spoken English is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within Germany, approx. 5%
