About the role
- Solves problems using a solid knowledge base and established methods
- Performs standard calculations according to our design guidelines; interprets results and defines design solutions
- Participates in multidisciplinary project discussions
- Undertakes complex FEA tasks (e.g., nonlinear analyses)
- Independently handles support requests from service, quality, manufacturing and site installation with minimal guidance
- Considers direct interfaces
- Maintains and optimizes development processes and tools
Requirements
- Degree: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering
- Experience with structural/static analysis software
- Extensive FEA experience (e.g., ANSYS)
- CAD experience (Siemens NX)
- Good communication skills in English and German
