About the role
- Overall responsibility and on-site management of wind farm construction sites, ensuring on-time, on-budget and high-quality execution with a focus on project optimization in coordination with the project team and involved subcontractors
- Responsible for implementing and enforcing the ENERCON site regulations, applicable HSE standards and assembly/setup processes by project participants
- Monitoring and coordination of heavy and special transports within the wind farm
- Acceptance of completed work and approval of invoices for services performed, taking into account quality and cost aspects
- Supporting commercial project control in contract and claims management
- Continuous internal and external reporting and ensuring comprehensive site documentation
Requirements
- Preferably a completed technical degree (Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or comparable) or alternatively a technical vocational qualification with further training as a master craftsman, state-certified technician or equivalent qualification
- Initial experience as a site manager in construction or the energy sector desirable
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Exemplary commitment, resilience and motivation
- High willingness to travel
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Structured, result-oriented and independent working style
- Confident user of MS Office applications and SAP
