About the role

  • Manage gym memberships and registrations
  • Oversee class schedules for group fitness sessions
  • Ensure proper operation and maintenance of gym equipment and facilities
  • Deliver group fitness classes (minimum 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday), adapting sessions for a professional and demanding audience
  • Enhance the experience of building occupants and employees
  • Build relationships with and among occupants
  • Organize and run regular events in the gym
  • Promote services that make daily life easier
  • Produce regular reports on attendance and customer feedback
  • Improve, design and implement new services and spaces
  • Ensure classes run smoothly, verify coach attendance, and uphold the Sport by Eneixia vision: manage and maintain our fitness software (the manager will be the key contact)
  • Select, supervise and support coaches across all Eneixia sites
  • Create and adapt schedules with site teams according to needs
  • Design and monitor the fitness activity program in coordination with site managers and coaches
  • Monitor service quality and user experience
  • Standardize fitness and management practices across sites
  • Serve as the main point of contact between field teams and senior management
  • Propose and develop new workplace sport and wellness concepts with our Executive Committee (Codir).

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 2–3 years' experience as a qualified fitness coach with supervisory or team-lead responsibilities.
  • Leadership and Management: Experience delivering group classes and managing teams, demonstrating a natural coaching and managerial presence.
  • Interpersonal Skills and Environment: Comfortable operating in premium, corporate or professional settings, with excellent interpersonal skills and strong teamwork orientation. Excellent verbal communication skills are required.
  • Autonomy and Organization: Recognized for strong organizational skills, autonomy, anticipation and proactivity in schedule management. Demonstrates common sense and pragmatism.
  • Personal Qualities: Client-oriented: empathetic, approachable and consistently positive, genuinely committed to improving people’s well-being.
  • Open-mindedness: Combines curiosity with discretion in interactions.
