About the role
- Actively help shape sales and marketing initiatives (e.g., staffing, social media, follow-ups, client communication)
- Identify and pre-select potential clients, partners and events
- Independently manage projects including prioritization, tracking and consistent follow-up on all open items and deadlines
- Prepare decision-ready presentations, reports and materials for management and stakeholders
- Maintain and update client and project information in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot)
- Plan, organize and execute internal events such as trade shows, team events and workshops
- Coordinate relevant stakeholders and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent)
- Structured, reliable and proactive
- Strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
- Clear, professional and solution-oriented communication
- Strong interest in topics such as digitalization, the energy sector and SAP
- Very good German language skills; good English skills are an advantage
