About the role
- Duties will include detailed specifications and programming/engineering of an application from the ground-up primarily using off-the-shelf applications
- Manual and quasi-automated processes already exist for many parts of the workflow
- The end application will be used by trading managers and by traders
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in trading futures and indexes (mainly), and stocks
- Options trading experience is preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in Tradestation® Easy Language
- Tradestation® APIs
- Algorithms/strategies and optimization techniques
- Python, EasyLanguage-Python interfaces/APIs
- Use of Python for training/optimization, display, storage, signal integration, etc
- Analytical/display tools such as Tableau®
- Display and control dashboard(s) design
- Product development
- Bachelors in mathematics, data science, computer science, physics, or in engineering
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Completed Masters degree is a plus.
