About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for 150–180 early career roles annually across business units, from sourcing and screening through selection and offer negotiation
  • Build partnerships with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and evolving business needs
  • Connect recruiting efforts with early career programs by collaborating with Learning & Development, Mobility, and Campus teams
  • Represent the brand externally through relationships with universities, career services, and talent sources
  • Design and lead campus and virtual engagement strategies
  • Own and evolve the recruitment calendar, including events, interview days, and onboarding activities
  • Drive decisions with data by tracking and analyzing pipeline health, diversity mix, school effectiveness, and offer conversion
  • Provide regular updates to HR and business leaders
  • Advocate for early career roles and communicate the growth potential of internships, co-ops, and entry-level programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Preferably focused on early career, university relations, or rotational programs
  • Experience within an Insurance or Financial Services organization preferred
  • Strategic mindset balanced with hands-on execution
  • Proven success sourcing and engaging diverse, high-potential talent across multiple channels and institutions
  • Experience managing high-volume, multi-role recruitment
  • Excellent prioritization, organization, and follow-through
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build trust with candidates, hiring managers, university partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to influence, align, and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Confidence leveraging data and recruiting systems; Workday Recruiting preferred
  • Willingness to travel during peak seasons for recruitment events, on-campus interviews, and intern engagement
