Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
Ensure compliance with ASC 606, ASC 842, purchase accounting and all other GAAP requirements for financial reporting
Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end three statements financial reports for management and external stakeholders
Implement and maintain internal controls and financial operations
Lead audit preparation and support, serving as the primary liaison with external auditors

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a CPA
8+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance
Strong knowledge of GAAP, including experience with RevRec (ASC 606)
Proven experience with audit preparation and tax compliance
Experience with cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Intacct, QuickBooks, NetSuite)
Advanced proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
