About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and deliver creative, standout event experiences
- Own the full event lifecycle across the U.S. and international
- Build and nurture developer community programs
- Collaborate across departments to craft event narratives
- Develop and manage event budgets
- Partner with the demand generation team on event promotion
- Manage production of event materials
- Track and report on event performance
- Coordinate team logistics for external events
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of direct experience planning and executing marketing events
- Experience in developer relations, developer community building, or technical community engagement and cybersecurity is a strong plus
- Experience with tools such as SalesForce, WebFlow, Asana, Hubspot and Canva
- A creative spark and a track record of outside-the-box thinking
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing event budgets
