Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You communicate confidently—both in writing and verbally—and know how to engage with different types of people.
  • You work independently and know when to escalate an issue or involve the team—taking responsibility comes naturally to you.
  • You have an eye for detail and don’t lose track even in complex cases.
  • You bring technical understanding—support tools like Intercom, Microsoft Office, and digital workflows are second nature to you.
  • You have several years of experience in direct customer support, ideally with a medical context.
  • You find AI tools and new technologies interesting and integrate them pragmatically into your daily work.
  • You speak fluent German and can communicate very well in English.
