About the role

  • Support in planning, implementing and optimizing paid campaigns, e.g. Google Ads (Search, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPL)
  • Create and maintain reports and prepare performance data
  • Conduct A/B tests of ad copy, audiences and creatives
  • Research target audiences, keywords and competitors
  • Work closely with the marketing team and receive hands-on learning opportunities in day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communications, Social Sciences or similar)
  • Initial exposure to Google Ads or Meta Ads (e.g., through an internship, course or personal project) is desirable
  • Analytical mindset and enjoyment of interpreting numbers
  • Independent, structured way of working – also in a remote environment
  • Curiosity and motivation to develop further in performance marketing
  • Good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
