About the role
- Support in planning, implementing and optimizing paid campaigns, e.g. Google Ads (Search, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPL)
- Create and maintain reports and prepare performance data
- Conduct A/B tests of ad copy, audiences and creatives
- Research target audiences, keywords and competitors
- Work closely with the marketing team and receive hands-on learning opportunities in day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Enrolled student in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communications, Social Sciences or similar)
- Initial exposure to Google Ads or Meta Ads (e.g., through an internship, course or personal project) is desirable
- Analytical mindset and enjoyment of interpreting numbers
- Independent, structured way of working – also in a remote environment
- Curiosity and motivation to develop further in performance marketing
- Good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
