About the role
- Plan and execute marketing activities targeted at healthcare professionals
- Create and deliver formats such as informational materials, mailings, events, or training sessions
- Contribute ideas for clear and effective presentation of technical content
- Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing projects across different areas
- Prioritize tasks and ensure operational execution
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Work across various marketing areas as needed per project
- Contribute to marketing strategy and direction
- Identify trends, opportunities, and new approaches in the digital health space
- Analyze marketing activities using clear KPIs
- Derive optimizations from data and reporting
Requirements
- Data & tracking competence (must-have)
- Strong data- and tracking-driven marketing mindset
- Confident user of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience defining KPIs, reporting, and performance analysis
- Ability to derive clear decisions from data
- Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution skills
- Enjoy taking ownership and hands-on work — including professional/clinical marketing
- Flexibility to switch between different marketing topics
- Several years of professional marketing experience
- Experience in healthcare, medical, or digital health environments is an advantage
- Understanding of communication with healthcare professionals (e.g., physicians, therapists) is helpful
