About the role
- You develop video formats for our DiGA (in-app content, learning and practice formats)
- You conceive and produce videos from concept to final delivery
- You take editorial responsibility from the initial idea through subject research, scripting, and dramaturgy to final delivery, and occasionally accompany on-location video shoots (typically in Berlin)
- You work closely with the Science, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure content is technically accurate, easy to understand, and tailored to the target audience
- You support production management for video projects (planning, coordination, quality control)
Requirements
- Experience in video production — ideally for explanatory/educational formats
- Experience in format development
- Strong sense for storytelling, dramaturgy, and clear visual language
- Interest in women’s health / digital health or the motivation to work into medical topics
- Confidence in editorial decision-making, a structured working style, and high quality standards
