About the role
- Further development and editorial management of the video, audio and podcast formats for our DiGA
- Production of instructional and practice videos for our existing formats
- Translating medical content into clear, easy-to-understand audiovisual formats — scientifically grounded and evidence-based
- Editorial responsibility from concept through subject research, scripting and dramaturgy to final execution, including on-site support during video shoots
- Close collaboration with subject-matter experts during productions
- Production planning and support with invoicing and financial administration
Requirements
- Experience in video editorial work and format development (e.g., for YouTube or other non-linear media)
- Understanding of how audiovisual content functions within closed digital products (e.g., apps, media libraries, learning platforms)
- Ability to present complex topics in a didactically sound, engaging and user-centered way
- Experience working with expert content (e.g., medicine, science, education)
- Confidence in editorial decision-making, structured working style, and high standards of quality
- Structured, independent working approach and experience in production and project planning, ideally with agile methods
- High degree of empathy, reliability and strong interpersonal skills
