About the role

  • You conceptualize and develop evidence-based medical content for our digital health application, with a particular focus on clarity and practical applicability
  • You prepare clinical guidelines, studies and specialist literature in a professional, structured and patient-centered manner
  • You develop learning pathways and exercise concepts that help women learn sustainably and apply what they learn in daily life
  • You design and create didactic elements in video and audio formats as well as other formats (e.g., exercises, text formats, interactive content)

Requirements

  • University degree in a medical, psychological or natural science field, or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in preparing and communicating complex scientific or medical content for a broad audience
  • Knowledge of didactics, learning design or knowledge transfer (e.g., Instructional Design, learning psychology, Health Communication)
  • Strong understanding of how people learn, comprehend content and transfer it into everyday life
  • Structured, independent working style
  • Excellent command of German (native-level)
  • Ideally, initial experience with agile working methods (e.g., Scrum, Jira)
  • High level of empathy, attention to detail and reliability
