About the role

  • Community management across all our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook; podcast) — responding to comments and community inquiries with sensitivity and professional understanding
  • Managing and actively moderating our product WhatsApp communities
  • Active community management: scanning all socials for content we should respond to in order to organically increase the reach of our mission and products
  • Identifying community needs, sentiment, and frequent questions, and sharing community insights with the appropriate teams
  • Supporting the development of community formats, campaigns, and guidelines
  • Evaluating our community channels

Requirements

  • Experience in community management, social media management, or a comparable role
  • Strong sensitivity to language, tone, and handling sensitive topics (particularly in a healthcare context)
  • Enjoys proactively communicating with people and building communities
  • Structured, reliable, and independent working style
  • Interest in women's health and digital solutions
  • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
  • Basic English skills
  • Ability to travel domestically 2–3 times per year for team meetings
