Provide daily functional support for Dynamics GP Manufacturing modules.
Troubleshoot user issues related to manufacturing transactions, item setup, and inventory discrepancies.
Support MRP processes by helping users interpret planning outputs and resolving exceptions.
Assist with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing assemblies.
Provide support for both Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO) workflows.
Collaborate with customer stakeholders to triage issues and restore operations.
Offer end-user guidance, light training, and job aids to improve adoption.

Requirements

3+ years (or equivalent) hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics GP in manufacturing and/or distribution environments.
Demonstrated experience supporting core manufacturing execution processes (MRP/BOMs/orders/scheduling) and inventory management.
Prior experience supporting SalesPad in an environment where it integrates tightly with Dynamics GP order-to-cash.
Experience in a managed services/support desk model (ticketing, SLAs, escalations).
Relevant certifications (Dynamics GP, supply chain/manufacturing, or related ERP credentials).
